It is 1917 and the Russian Revolution breaks out. The Bolsheviks rise up against the upper class and when the long-standing regime of the tsarist dynasty falls apart, “save the one who can!” the only thing that applies. Knut Henrik
Littorin escapes by horse and cart out of Russia. Near the Finnish border, they are picked up by the Russians, but then Knut Henrik has changed clothes and places with his driver. As a result, the driver will be executed on the spot.
