A food-loving network

We are proud and happy about our good cooperation with our local food and drink producers, who maintain the highest quality when it comes to both sustainability, animal husbandry and finished raw material or product.

For us, it is therefore natural to be part of the food-loving the network Smaka på Västsverige, which promotes West Sweden as a food region and works to make local food and local meal experiences visible. The network promotes restaurants and cafes that, like us at Bjertorp Slott, work closely with local producers in Västra Götaland.
