At the castle we like to celebrate and are happy to do something for special occasions. Father's Day is no exception. We have put together a special menu so you can celebrate your dad, grandpa or grandpa in a special but uncomplicated way.

Appetizer

Creamy autumn mushroom soup, served with layered cheese pate and smoked mushrooms and crispy Jerusalem artichoke.

Main Dish

Night-baked veal roast beef is served with roasted sky flavored with thyme and garlic, glazed Brussels sprouts, deep-fried kale, roasted roots and almond potato puree.

Dessert

Classic chocolate fondant served with salt toffee and pickled blueberries and vanilla ice cream.
